Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase of digital items (such as hosting), you may request a refund to us at any time within 14 days starting from the day your order was processed. If refund request is received within the 14-day period, you will be entitled to a full refund.

Fees cannot be refunded after the 14-day refund period. Refunds are only issued for the first purchase and not for renewals.

Cancellation Policy

You or Vertical 22 may terminate this agreement at any time and for any reason by giving notice to the other party. We may suspend our service to you at any time, with or without cause. If we terminate your account without cause, we’ll refund a portion of any pre-payment. We won’t refund or reimburse you if there’s cause, like a violation of our terms. Once terminated, we may permanently delete your account and all the data associated with it, including your emails if they are hosted with us.

You must tell us in writing if you wish to cancel your services. You should do this by emailing at [email protected]. You will receive your refund within 30 days of the date you tell us that you are cancelling the relevant order.
